Unless an exception is noted, full-price items can be returned within seven days of delivery for a full refund, and within fourteen days for store credit. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. (We wish we didn't have to do this but we're a small shop!)  

condition

Our general policy is: we do not sell what we wouldn't wear ourselves. That includes the condition of our wares. Wearing vintage clothing means coming to expect, and be okay with, the small signs of wear that come as a function of both age—most of our inventory is at least 30 years old—and prior use. We further specify condition according to the following heuristic: 
 

condition	description
pristine	never been worn, mint condition.
excellent	not quite pristine, but with hardly any wear or no visible wear.
very good	minimal signs of wear (e.g. excellent with the exception of minor flaws)
good	wearable but with some flaws
