Holly Harp is the only brand we carry that regularly used physical weights as a feature of clothing construction. In this skirt, two sets of weights counterbalance the flowy trains in the skirt's front and back.

In very condition. Elastic has been replaced. The original elastic channel was funky, to say the least! We've done our best to repair it in accordance with its original construction.
Best fits an XS: the constraint is the 32" waist elastic that needs to fit around the hip to be worn.
